My Ideal Self - Consistent
Consistency was one of my Gallup Strengths and the theme I identified the most with. My personal definition of consistency is that balance is important and I don’t want the scales tipped too far in any person’s favor. I don’t like it when people get an unfair advantage in life and I appreciate it when people work for what they have. I worked hard in high school to earn a Scott Scholarship and pay for my own college education. I’m joining organizations, working a summer internship, and growing my engineering experience to work towards a meaningful career after college.
I appreciate an environment with clear expectations where you can thrive by doing what's right. I already have characteristics of consistency, but I will continue to work on them to realize my ideal self.
